The OSR governs the operation of 24PM's VoIP services for members who use them.

Article 1 - Presentation of the VoIP service

24PM, in partnership with telephone transit operators, allows its members to benefit from a telecom infrastructure.

This service allows on the one hand, to have a virtual telephone exchange (hosted in the cloud), and physical landlines or virtual cell phones.

This service is called VoIP or Voice over IP. It is used to connect smartphones using the industry protocols SIP and MGCP within the customer's computer network and allows said smartphones to behave as if they were connected to a physical telephone exchange, also known as IP Centrex technology.

This OSR sets out the conditions under which this service is available to Members.

Any use of the 24PM VoiP service by a Member as defined in Article X of the ROI 2021

Article 4 - Access to VoIP
4.1. Request for access

In order to activate the VoiP service, the member can do so via the 24PM intranet or via his Project Manager.

Upon confirmation by e-mail, the member agrees to abide by the terms of this RSO 2021/001.

4.2 Conditions of use and installation

4.2.1.
The member determines the number of VoiP terminals he needs and the configuration of the SIP lines he wants to set up and communicates this number to his Project Manager.

Depending on the equipment required, a financial deposit is requested on behalf of the member in accordance with Section 5.

Upon receipt of the financial deposit for the equipment, 24PM will schedule the installation of the equipment at the member's location.

24PM will charge a flat rate for the installation, which will be communicated to the member upon request and accepted by the member.

This package includes:

- On-site installation (excluding wiring) ;
- The creation of the calling strategy in the possible technical limitations ;
- The integration of personalized MP3 music and their simple mixing (excluding studio fees if required);
- A final test of the installation's operation;
- A change in calling strategy 1x within a year;
- The configuration of a software client on a smartphone (excluding any licensing fees).

4.2.2.
On cell phone (smartphone), the customer will have to install a software of type mobile application "dialer".

The member is expressly informed that the service included in this OSR is currently not fully compatible with Apple terminals. 24PM shall not be held responsible for any malfunction of the said terminals caused by the said incompatibility.

Because these services depend on third-party infrastructure, 24PM cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation due to the vagaries of the technologies used.

4.3. Duration

The VoiP service is set up for an indefinite period of time and may be terminated at the request of 24PM or the member at any time with one month's notice.

4.4 Change in configuration or hardware

Any request to modify the configuration of an IPCentrex system may result in a fixed price for implementation, which may be subject to prior pricing communicated to the member by e-mail and accepted by the latter.

24PM may provide, via the intranet, tools allowing the member to modify certain parameters of his IPCentrex. The use of these tools will be the sole responsibility of the member.

Article 5 - Rates

For each line, number and post an amount of 1 € to 5 € will be charged each month, this amount varies depending on the use of a classic number or special number (0800, ...) or premium (easy to remember number).

In addition to the flat fee, calls that have passed through 24PM's VoiP services will be charged at 24PM's cost of acquisition.

The member expressly acknowledges that no limitation on surcharged numbers has been put in place by 24PM and that surcharged calls will therefore be billed according to the special number scales in force with BIPT.

Article 6 - Billing

Call records are billed on a monthly basis. Details of billed calls are available on the member's intranet.

Article 7 - Deposit
7.1 Security deposit

For each phone entrusted a guarantee of 100 € to 500 € will be requested from the member, depending on the model of phone requested by the member.

The deposit for the first IP phone will be increased by 150 € as a deposit for the calls.

7.2. Return of the equipment and the warranty

The guarantees paid are returned to the member when he/she returns the loaned equipment in perfect condition.

Any damage will be deducted from the customer's deposit.

Some damages are valued on a flat rate basis:

- A scratched window: 75 €.
- A branded shell: 105 €.
- A cornet cord with bows: 25 €.
- The loss of the original box: 50 €.
- Loss of power to a fixed telephone: 70 €.

In the event of loss, total or irrecoverable breakage of the material, the material will be re-invoiced at its new value to the customer, or at 70 % of its new value if it had been given in reconditioned form to the customer.

Article 8 - Number Portability

The various telecommunication lines or telephone numbers purchased by 24PM for the Member remain the property of 24PM.

A member who wishes to port his or her telephone number outside the 24PM network must make a request in advance to allow 24PM to prepare for outbound porting, if technically possible.

However, this porting is never possible if the member is in arrears or default of payment to 24PM at the time of the request.

If for technical reasons it is not possible to port a phone number (e.g. if it is part of a series of 100 numbers, of which other numbers are used by other members), then the member will not be able to port this phone number outside the 24PM network.
