Article 1 - Presentation of the service

24PM, in partnership with third parties, allows its members to benefit from various services and expertise.

This OSR sets out the conditions under which these services are available to members.

Article 2 - Additional definitions to the ROI.

For the purposes of this OSR 2021/003, the following definitions apply

External Resource: An independent contractor or company offering services to members under the co-management of projects by 24PM.

Article 4 - Access

4.1. Request

In order to benefit from one or more external services, the member must ask his Project Manager or via his intranet, to benefit from them by formulating a request as precise as possible.

Before selecting and using the Service, it is the member's responsibility to carefully review each
specificity and competence of the external service in order to determine if it is a good fit.

Upon confirmation by e-mail, the member agrees to abide by the terms of this OSR 2021/003.

4.2 Setting up

Subcontracting terms are negotiated by 24PM for our members. Terms and conditions may vary depending on the subcontractor.

The budget can be confirmed by phone, Zoom, email, intranet and any other means of communication to start the mission.

Subcontracting can be performed on a fixed-price basis, on a time and materials basis or both.

The subcontractor, as well as the member, may request the termination of the assignment at any time. The requesting party shall respect the notice period of the other party's general conditions.

4.3. Duration

External resources are dedicated to the member for an indefinite period. The member commits to respecting the planning or deployment deadlines specific to each resource.

Article 5 - Rates

The missions carried out by the external resources are re-invoiced and added to the commercial margin corresponding to the support plan, which is in progress, to the member.

Project management is included in the sales margin.

Article 6 - Challenge in case of problem

The member undertakes to report, as soon as the first problem is noted, any failure which, in his or her opinion, has been committed by an external resource. After the 30-day verification period, complaints will no longer be accepted and the member will be considered satisfied with the service that has been liquidated by 24PM for the benefit of the external resource.
